The eSignAnyWhere ##subdomain## instance is only for testing and implementation
purposes.
For production purposes the SaaS instance of eSignAnyWhere must be used
(or a private SaaS/on-premise instance).

Availability
- The ##subdomain## Instance is generally available during ##country## business hours
Monday - Friday,
- except during the time from ##time## where we do periodic maintenance work.
- ##subdomain## is not a production instance.
- By definition, this means that it's availability is not guaranteed and we may update it or administer it.
Limitation
- Envelopes older than 21 days will be actively deleted!
- ##subdomain## is configured without document conversion services.
- ##subdomain## is configured with support for Disposable Certificates, SMS authentication, and Qualified Timestamps. These services are currently configured to use test instances.
- Outgoing callbacks are just able via port 443 (e.g. https://www.yourserver.com:443/callbackservice.aspx?id=##envelopeid##)
